30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Cappuccino marble should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer before grouting and resealed every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers and backsplashes. The dark base tone can mask staining, but the polished surface remains porous and benefits consistently from sealing to preserve its deep color and luster.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft microfiber cloth — never use acidic products such as vinegar, lemon-based cleaners, or bleach, as these will etch and dull the polished surface. Wipe up spills promptly, especially oils and acidic liquids like coffee or wine, to prevent staining or surface etching.

Installation: Use white or light gray polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid show-through on lighter veining areas. Apply non-sanded grout for the tight joints typical of mini mosaic formats. Align mesh-backed sheets carefully for consistent joint spacing, and back-butter individual chips in areas with uneven substrate for a flat, secure bond.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
