30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Honey Onyx is highly porous and must be sealed before installation, before grouting, and again after grouting with a premium penetrating stone sealer. In wet areas such as showers, reseal every 6–12 months to prevent moisture absorption, staining, and mineral deposits. Do not allow water to sit on unsealed onyx.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — never use vinegar, citrus-based products, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline cleaner, as these will etch and dull the polished surface permanently. Wipe spills immediately, as the polished finish and porous nature of onyx make it especially vulnerable to etching from common household liquids. Use a soft microfiber cloth to avoid micro-scratching.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any gray bleed-through on these light, semi-translucent chips. Apply non-sanded grout for the narrow joints between chips. Back-butter each sheet lightly in addition to spreading thinset on the substrate for full coverage and bond. Align mesh sheets carefully before pressing to ensure consistent joint spacing throughout the installation.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
