Each tile features a smooth, vitreous glass finish that is non-porous, fade-resistant, and fully impervious to pool chemicals and chlorine — the mesh-backed sheets in a classic brick-joint layout make installation straightforward and consistent across large, curved, or irregular pool surfaces.

Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Large orders ship via LTL freight — curbside delivery only. An adult must be present to sign for delivery. Estimated transit: 2–10 business days after shipment.

30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Glass tile is non-porous and does not require sealing. However, grout joints in pool environments should be sealed with a pool-grade, waterproof grout sealer annually or as recommended by your pool professional to prevent chemical infiltration and staining.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner or a diluted solution of mild dish soap and water. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus-based products) and abrasive scrubbers that can scratch the glass surface or degrade grout joints. For pool tile calcium and mineral deposits, use a non-acidic calcium remover specifically formulated for glass pool tile.

Installation: Use a white polymer-modified thinset mortar rated for glass tile and wet/submerged applications — standard gray thinset can bleed through translucent glass chips. Apply thinset to both the substrate and back-butter each sheet for full coverage in pool environments. Use non-sanded, pool-grade grout for the narrow 1×2 joints, and ensure the substrate is fully waterproofed with a pool-appropriate membrane before setting. Align mesh sheets carefully along chalk lines to maintain consistent brick-joint spacing.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Processing & Transit
In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Most tile and stone orders ship via scheduled LTL freight and typically arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. You'll receive tracking and carrier details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
  • Signature required. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.
  • Clear access. Please ensure the delivery site is reachable by a freight truck and free of obstructions.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
