Sealing: As a vitrified porcelain tile with near-zero water absorption, Eros Summer does not require sealing. However, grout joints in pool environments should be sealed with a pool-grade, chemical-resistant grout sealer and resealed annually or as recommended by the grout manufacturer to prevent algae infiltration and chlorine degradation.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner or a diluted pool-safe solution; avoid acidic cleaners, muriatic acid washes near the tile surface, and abrasive scrubbing pads that can dull the surface finish over time. For calcium and mineral deposits along the waterline, use a non-acidic calcium remover specifically formulated for pool tile.

Installation: Use a white polymer-modified thinset mortar rated for submerged and exterior wet applications; gray thinset may bleed through lighter grout joints. Apply tiles with a full-coverage back-butter technique to eliminate voids that can trap water and cause freeze-thaw failure. Use a pool-grade, non-sanded or sanded epoxy grout (depending on joint width) rated for chemical resistance, and allow full cure time before filling the pool.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Processing & Transit
In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Most tile and stone orders ship via scheduled LTL freight and typically arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. You'll receive tracking and carrier details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
  • Signature required. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.
  • Clear access. Please ensure the delivery site is reachable by a freight truck and free of obstructions.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
