Sealing: Glazed ceramic tiles do not require sealing on the tile face. However, grout joints should be sealed after installation and re-sealed annually in wet areas such as showers to prevent staining and moisture intrusion.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus-based) and abrasive scrubbing pads, which can dull or scratch the glossy glaze over time. Wipe dry after cleaning in wet areas to prevent water spots on the reflective surface.

Installation: Use a white polymer-modified thinset adhesive to prevent any gray bleed-through on this warm-toned tile. Apply thinset to the wall using a notched trowel and back-butter each tile for full coverage. For grout joints, a non-sanded grout in a warm tone (such as buff or sandstone) is recommended for joints under 1/8 inch to complement the Tuscan Clay palette. Ensure the wall surface is clean, flat, and properly primed before installation.

Freight Delivery

Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.

Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
