30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Thassos White marble is highly porous and should be sealed with a premium penetrating stone sealer before grouting and immediately after installation. In wet areas such as showers, reseal every 6–12 months to prevent moisture infiltration and staining. The pale white color shows discoloration readily, so consistent sealing is especially critical.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in warm water and a soft microfiber cloth. Never use acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, or bleach, as these will etch and dull the honed surface permanently. Wipe up spills — especially coffee, wine, and juice — immediately to prevent staining of the bright white stone.

Installation: Use bright white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any gray bleed-through on the translucent Thassos marble. Non-sanded grout is recommended for the narrow joints of this mosaic pattern. Press the mesh-backed sheet firmly and evenly to ensure full contact and back-butter individual chips in any low spots. Align chevron direction carefully across sheets before the thinset sets to maintain a continuous V-pattern.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
