30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Ming Green marble is moderately porous and must be sealed before grouting and after installation. In wet areas such as showers, reapply a penetrating stone sealer every 12 months to prevent moisture intrusion and staining. Its green tones can be susceptible to discoloration from mineral deposits and soap residue if left unsealed.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, lemon-based products) and alkaline degreasers, which will etch the polished surface and dull the finish over time. Wipe up spills promptly, especially acidic substances like citrus juice or coffee.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey adhesive from telegraphing through the lighter areas of the stone. Apply non-sanded grout for the tight hexagon joints (typically 1/16″–1/8″). Align mesh sheets carefully at the seams for a consistent honeycomb pattern, and back-butter individual chips as needed to ensure full coverage on the shower floor.

Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
