Sealing: Tundra Gray Marble should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer prior to grouting and use. In wet areas such as showers and bathroom floors, reseal every 6–12 months to protect against moisture infiltration and staining. The polished finish, while dense, is still susceptible to etching from acidic substances, making proper sealing especially important.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner or mild dish soap diluted in warm water — never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or any acid-based or abrasive cleaners, as these will etch and dull the polished surface. Wipe spills immediately, particularly from coffee, wine, citrus, and bathroom products. Avoid steam cleaners on polished surfaces.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any gray bleed-through on this light-toned stone. Apply non-sanded grout for the narrow joints typical of a 2×2 mosaic layout. Align mesh sheets carefully during dry layout before setting, and press sheets firmly with a grout float or rubber mallet block to ensure full adhesion across all chips. Back-butter the mesh sheet for better bond in wet applications.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
