30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Tundra Gray marble should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer before grouting and resealed every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers and bathroom floors. The tumbled finish is slightly more porous than a polished surface and will absorb liquids more readily if left unsealed.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft mop or cloth. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, and harsh scrubbing pads, which can etch the stone surface. Wipe up spills — especially oils and acidic liquids — promptly to prevent staining.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid gray bleed-through on lighter chips. For shower floor installations, ensure a proper pre-slope for drainage before setting tile. Use non-sanded grout for joints up to 1/8 inch. Align mesh sheets carefully during layout, and press firmly with a grout float or rubber mallet to ensure full contact and prevent lippage across the rounded chip edges.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
