Sealing: Porcelain is non-porous and does not require sealing. Grout joints in wet areas such as showers should be sealed with a penetrating grout sealer upon installation and reapplied annually or as needed to prevent moisture infiltration and staining.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner and a damp mop or soft cloth. Avoid acidic or alkaline cleaners, vinegar, bleach, or abrasive scrubbing pads, which can dull the matte finish over time. Wipe up spills promptly, especially oily or pigmented liquids.

Installation: Use a large-format tile trowel (1/2" × 1/2" square-notch) with a high-quality polymer-modified grey or white thinset mortar to achieve full back coverage. Back-butter each tile before setting to eliminate voids. Lay in a staggered 1/3 offset pattern for best results; avoid a 50% offset, which can highlight any lippage. Use tile leveling clips to ensure a flat finished surface.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
