Products & Orders

Product Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to display products accurately on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors accurately reflects the true color of our products. All natural stone products — marble, travertine, limestone, onyx, basalt, and quartzite — exhibit inherent variation in shade, color, veining, and texture that cannot be fully captured through photography. This variation is not a defect.

Natural Stone Variation

By ordering natural stone products, you acknowledge that you have read and understand our Shade & Color Variation Guide and accept that natural stone variation is an inherent characteristic of the material, not a defect, and not grounds for return or refund. We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a full order.

Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email and process payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will issue a full refund for any cancelled orders.

Availability

All products are sold subject to availability. While we maintain substantial in-stock inventory, we do not guarantee that all products listed on our website are in stock at the time of your order. We will notify you promptly if a product in your order is unavailable and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

Quantity Estimates

Our tile calculator and any quantity recommendations provided by our team are estimates only. We are not responsible for under-ordering or over-ordering. Customers are responsible for verifying quantities with their professional installer before placing an order. We recommend ordering 10–15% extra material above measured square footage to account for cuts, waste, and future repairs.

Payment & Pricing

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing error is identified after your order is confirmed, we will contact you and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are authorized to use the payment method provided; (b) your payment information is accurate and complete; and (c) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider. We reserve the right to verify payment information and may cancel orders if payment cannot be verified.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase.

Promotions

Promotional offers, discount codes, and special pricing are subject to the specific terms of each promotion. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Shipping & Delivery

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• You must inspect all freight deliveries before signing the carrier's delivery receipt — signing constitutes acceptance in good condition
• Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation
• We ship to the continental United States; contact us for Hawaii, Alaska, or territory shipments

Returns & Refunds

Return and refund policies are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy. Key terms include:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery on uninstalled, original-condition items with a return authorization
• Once any tile has been installed it is considered accepted and cannot be returned
• Natural stone variation is not a defect and is not grounds for return
• Custom and special-order items are non-returnable
• Clearance items are final sale — no returns accepted
