30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: All natural stone components must be sealed prior to installation and resealed every 12 months in wet areas such as showers or backsplashes. White and light-toned stones within this mosaic are especially absorbent and should receive a penetrating impregnating sealer for maximum stain resistance. Pay particular attention to grout joints around pale stone chips.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in warm water using a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, or anything containing bleach, as these will etch polished stone surfaces and dull their finish over time. Wipe spills — especially oils, wine, and citrus — immediately to prevent absorption.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any gray bleed-through beneath light-colored stone chips. Align mesh-backed sheets carefully, maintaining consistent joint spacing between sheets to preserve the continuous trellis pattern. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch. Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
