30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Honed travertine is porous and should be sealed before installation and annually thereafter, especially in wet areas. Use a penetrating impregnating sealer rated for natural travertine.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner in warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid acidic cleaners such as vinegar or citrus products, which etch honed surfaces, and avoid abrasive pads.

Installation: Set with a polymer-modified thinset matched to the stone's tone. Align the stepped face level and flush with adjacent tile, use non-sanded grout for tight joints, and seal grout with the stone. Back-butter each piece for full adhesion.

Freight Delivery

Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
