30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Both Bardiglio Nuvolato and Bianco Carrara are porous marbles that must be sealed before grouting and after installation. Apply a penetrating stone sealer and reapply every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers and bathroom floors. The lighter Carrara chips are especially susceptible to staining and benefit from a high-quality impregnating sealer.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop — never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or abrasive scrubbers, as acids will etch the polished surface of both marble types and cause permanent dullness. Wipe spills immediately, particularly oils and acidic liquids, to prevent staining of the porous Carrara chips.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey adhesive from telegraphing through the lighter Carrara chips. Apply non-sanded grout for the narrow mosaic joints to avoid scratching the polished surface. Align mesh sheets carefully on a flat substrate, back-butter each sheet lightly for full coverage, and use a rubber float when pressing sheets into thinset to avoid cracking individual chips.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
