30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Both Bardiglio Nuvolato and Dream White marble are porous and must be sealed before grouting and after installation. Apply a penetrating stone sealer and reseal every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers; annually in dry applications. Lighter Dream White chips are especially susceptible to staining and benefit from an impregnating sealer with strong stain-repellent properties.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft mop or cloth. Avoid all acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, and abrasive scrubbers — acids will etch the polished surface of both marble types, causing dull spots that cannot be reversed without professional re-polishing. Wipe spills immediately, especially oils, wine, and coffee, which can penetrate the stone quickly.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey bleed-through that could darken the lighter Dream White chips. Align mesh sheets carefully, maintaining consistent grout joint width between sheets. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch to avoid scratching the polished marble surface. Back-butter each sheet lightly in addition to troweling the substrate for full coverage and a strong bond, especially on shower floors.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
