30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Thassos white marble is highly porous and must be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer before installation and before grouting. In wet areas such as showers, reseal every 6–12 months to prevent staining and moisture infiltration. Black Basalt should also be sealed to protect its surface and maintain its deep color.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop only — never use acidic cleaners, vinegar, lemon-based products, or abrasive scrubbers. Polished Thassos is particularly susceptible to etching from acids and harsh chemicals; wipe spills immediately. Avoid bleach-based cleaners that can discolor grout and degrade stone over time.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any gray bleed-through beneath the translucent Thassos marble pieces. A non-sanded or unsanded grout is recommended for the fine joints typical of waterjet mosaics. Align mesh sheets carefully, maintaining consistent joint spacing between sheets. Back-butter each sheet lightly in addition to spreading thinset on the substrate for maximum bond strength, especially in shower and floor applications.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
