30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: All three marbles in this mosaic are porous and must be sealed before grouting and regularly thereafter. Apply a penetrating stone sealer prior to installation and reseal every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers. Bianco Carrara is particularly susceptible to staining, so thorough sealing is essential.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop — never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, lemon-based), bleach, or abrasive scrubbers. The polished finish is susceptible to etching from acidic substances including common kitchen liquids; wipe spills immediately to prevent dull spots.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent grey adhesive from telegraphing through the lighter Carrara and Wooden Grey pieces. Apply non-sanded grout for the tight waterjet joints (typically 1/16″ or less). Lay mesh sheets face-up, align grout lines carefully between sheets, and back-butter each sheet for full coverage. Allow thinset to fully cure before grouting.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
