Haisa Dark — widely known as Athens Grey (and sometimes Gray Oak) — is a deeper gray marble with the same gentle, woodgrain-like linear veining as its lighter sibling, in a richer, more dramatic tone. It's a designer favorite as the gray element in waterjet and blend mosaics, pairing beautifully with Wooden Gray, Carrara, and Thassos in the Savannah, Micronesia, and Sahara series. On its own as field tile, it brings a calm, sophisticated depth that pairs with white, wood, and warm metals.

Care & install: Haisa Dark is genuine marble — seal it, clean only with pH-neutral products, and avoid acidic cleaners that etch marble. Honed finishes hide etching better than polished. For blends with bright Thassos and Carrara, set with white thinset so the bonding layer doesn't show through. Veining varies naturally; order a sample and blend tiles or sheets from multiple boxes. Mosaics are sold by the sheet.
