Ivory Travertine Paver16 × 16 Tumbled

Tumbled ivory travertine in a 16 × 16 paver format, with cream and caramel tones and the open pores of natural stone.

A creamy ivory base carries soft caramel and tan veining. Natural voids and pitting give the surface its character. Tumbling rounds the edges and corners and softens the face, so the paver reads worn-in rather than crisp.

Each 16 × 16 piece covers about 1.78 sq ft. The data lists it for indoor and outdoor floors and walls, so it suits patios, walkways, pool surrounds and entries. Seal it before grouting.

Shade variation is V3, moderate, so expect noticeable differences from piece to piece. Samples are $7.99 each, up to 10 per order. Samples ship free. Care & Cleaning

Seal It

Apply a penetrating stone sealer before grouting. Reseal every 1–2 years outdoors, or yearly in wet indoor areas. Around pools, use a sealer rated for wet and chemically exposed areas.

Clean It

Use pH-neutral stone soap or diluted mild dish soap. A soft brush lifts debris from the textured surface. Avoid vinegar, citrus, bleach and acidic cleaners, which etch travertine.

Expect This

Natural voids and pitting are part of travertine. Fill them with matching filler, non-sanded grout or epoxy grout. Leave a grout joint of at least 1/8 inch to allow for tumbled edges.

Tile & Mosaic Depot supplies material only. Installation method, setting materials, and substrate are your installer's responsibility. Inspect every piece before setting; installation is acceptance, and installed material cannot be returned or claimed.

Can I use this around a pool?

Yes, it is listed for pool decks and surrounds. Seal it with a sealer rated for wet and chemically exposed areas, and fill the natural voids with grout or filler.

Does it need sealing?

You protect the stone by applying a penetrating stone sealer before grouting. Reseal every 1–2 years outdoors, or yearly in wet indoor areas.

Can I install it outdoors in a cold climate?

Confirm frost resistance for your climate before you order. Travertine voids can trap moisture, and a frost-rated setting bed and proper drainage slope are advised for cold-climate installs.

Samples are $7.99 each. Samples ship free and leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Sizes vary by material and availability — typically 3"×3" up to 8"×8" — and every sample is cut from the same material stocked for full orders.

What a Sample Shows
Color, texture, finish, and overall character. Because natural stone varies piece to piece, one sample represents the material but can't show the full range of a lot. Porcelain samples are highly representative of the production run. Want to see the current lot before you commit? Ask us — we'll send photos.

How Your Order Ships
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Stone, porcelain, and mosaic ship on a pallet via scheduled LTL freight and arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking and the carrier's name by email the day it ships.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

  • The carrier calls you first. Every freight delivery is by appointment. Expect a call or text to set a window before the truck is dispatched.
  • Curbside delivery. The driver unloads to the curb or driveway. Freight does not include carrying material indoors or into a garage — plan for a helper or a hand truck.
  • Someone 18+ must sign. Inspect the pallet before signing. Note any damage, shortage, or broken shrink-wrap on the delivery receipt — this is what makes a claim valid.
  • Truck access. The address must be accessible to a full-size freight truck with enough space to unload.

Damage & Shortages
Report within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos of the pallet, packaging, and affected pieces to sales@tileandmosaicdepot.com. Verified claims are covered. Shortages of 1–5 pieces are refunded rather than reshipped — which is why we recommend ordering 10% overage.

30-Day Returns
Uninstalled tile in full, unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight is paid by the customer. Partial boxes, opened boxes, installed material, and samples are final sale.

Natural Variation
Quarried stone varies in color, veining, shade, movement, and finish from piece to piece and from lot to lot. Screen photos and samples show the range, not the exact tile you'll receive. Variation is the nature of the material and is never grounds for return. Porcelain is far more consistent, but shade and pattern can still shift between production runs — buy your full quantity in one order.

Before You Install

  • Order 10% overage. Covers cuts, breakage, and spares for future repairs. Reorders may not match in tone or lot.
  • Inspect every piece before setting. Pull from all boxes, blend, and dry-lay the full area. Installation is acceptance — no claims are honored once tile is set.
  • Hire a qualified installer. Natural stone and large-format porcelain require experience with the material. Your installer is responsible for substrate, setting materials, and method.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a penetrating sealer and re-sealed periodically in wet and high-traffic areas. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — vinegar, bleach, ammonia, and acidic cleaners etch marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx permanently. Porcelain does not require sealing. Outdoor stone weathers and shifts in tone over time; this is expected.
