30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Both Thassos White and green marble must be sealed before grouting and regularly maintained with a penetrating stone sealer. In wet areas such as showers, re-seal every 6–12 months. Thassos White is particularly porous and bright — consistent sealing is critical to prevent staining from soaps, oils, or hard water minerals.

Cleaning: Use only pH-neutral stone cleaners — never vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or ammonia-based products, as acids will etch and permanently dull the polished finish. Wipe spills immediately, especially on the white chips, which are highly susceptible to staining. For daily maintenance, warm water and a soft microfiber cloth are sufficient.

Installation: Always use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent gray or dark adhesive from telegraphing through the translucent Thassos White chips. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch to avoid scratching the polished surface. Lay sheets face-up, check mesh alignment carefully at seams, and back-butter individual chips where needed to ensure full contact and prevent hollow spots.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
