Two-inch hexagons of polished white Carrara marble, set on mesh-backed sheets, with soft blue-grey veining across each chip.

White Carrara has a soft white to light grey ground threaded with blue-grey veining. The polished face reflects light, which brightens a small bath or a backsplash. Each sheet holds 2-inch hexagon chips in a honeycomb layout, so spacing stays even as you set it.

The 2×2 size is large enough to show the veining and small enough to keep the pattern fine and graphic. Set it in white thinset with a soft grey or white grout for a calm, even field.

Carrara is natural stone, so tone and veining shift from chip to chip. Expect slight variation (V2). Care & Cleaning

Seal It

Seal with a penetrating sealer made for natural stone before grouting. Reseal as the sealer maker directs. In wet areas, plan on resealing every 6 to 12 months.

Clean It

Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop. Avoid vinegar, citrus, alkaline degreasers, and abrasive scrubbers, which can dull the polish.

Expect This

Polished marble can etch and stain, so wipe spills quickly. Tone and veining vary from chip to chip, and that is part of the stone.

Tile & Mosaic Depot supplies material only. Installation method, setting materials, and substrate are your installer's responsibility. Inspect every piece before setting; installation is acceptance, and installed material cannot be returned or claimed.

How do I order a sample?

How much should I order?

Each sheet covers 1 sq ft. Add 10% to your measured area for cuts and waste, and order it all at once so the sheets come from one lot.

Does it need sealing?

Seal the sheets with a penetrating natural stone sealer before grouting. This helps protect the white marble from staining. Reseal on a regular schedule, more often in wet areas.

What thinset and grout should I use?

Set the sheets in white polymer-modified thinset, which helps prevent grey showing through pale marble. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch to protect the polished surface.

Samples are $7.99 each. Samples ship free and leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Sizes vary by material and availability — typically 3"×3" up to 8"×8" — and every sample is cut from the same material stocked for full orders.

What a Sample Shows
Color, texture, finish, and overall character. Because natural stone varies piece to piece, one sample represents the material but can't show the full range of a lot. How Your Order Ships
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Stone, porcelain, and mosaic ship on a pallet via scheduled LTL freight and arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking and the carrier's name by email the day it ships.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

The carrier calls you first. Every freight delivery is by appointment. Expect a call or text to set a window before the truck is dispatched.
Curbside delivery. The driver unloads to the curb or driveway. Freight does not include carrying material indoors or into a garage — plan for a helper or a hand truck.
Someone 18+ must sign. Inspect the pallet before signing. Note any damage, shortage, or broken shrink-wrap on the delivery receipt — this is what makes a claim valid.
Truck access. The address must be accessible to a full-size freight truck with enough space to unload.

Free Shipping
Free curbside freight on qualifying mosaic and molding orders over $1,999 in the continental U.S. Field tile, porcelain, and other product types ship at freight rates shown at checkout. Not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Damage & Shortages
Report within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos of the pallet, packaging, and affected pieces to sales@tileandmosaicdepot.com. Verified claims are covered. Shortages of 1–5 pieces are refunded rather than reshipped — which is why we recommend ordering 10% overage.

30-Day Returns
Uninstalled tile in full, unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight is paid by the customer. Partial boxes, opened boxes, installed material, and samples are final sale.

Natural Variation
Quarried stone varies in color, veining, shade, movement, and finish from piece to piece and from lot to lot. Screen photos and samples show the range, not the exact tile you'll receive. Variation is the nature of the material and is never grounds for return. Porcelain is far more consistent, but shade and pattern can still shift between production runs — buy your full quantity in one order.

Before You Install

Order 10% overage. Covers cuts, breakage, and spares for future repairs. Reorders may not match in tone or lot.
Inspect every piece before setting. Pull from all boxes, blend, and dry-lay the full area. Installation is acceptance — no claims are honored once tile is set.
Hire a qualified installer. Natural stone and large-format porcelain require experience with the material. Your installer is responsible for substrate, setting materials, and method.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a penetrating sealer and re-sealed periodically in wet and high-traffic areas. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — vinegar, bleach, ammonia, and acidic cleaners etch marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx permanently. Porcelain does not require sealing. Outdoor stone weathers and shifts in tone over time; this is expected.
