Polished white Carrara marble in a 4-inch hexagon, mounted on mesh-backed sheets for straightforward setting.

A white ground with soft blue-gray veining. The polish deepens the veining and reflects light, which suits a bright backsplash or a bath wall. At 4 inches, the hexagon reads as a bold geometric pattern without crowding a small room.

Each hexagon is mounted on a mesh-backed sheet, so the layout stays aligned as you set it. Pair it with polished chrome, matte black hardware or warm oak. Polished marble can scratch and etch, so it suits walls and low-traffic floors best.

Care & Cleaning

Seal It

Apply a penetrating impregnating sealer before grouting. Carrara is relatively porous, and its pale ground shows oils, soaps and hard water if left unsealed.

Clean It

Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner, or mild dish soap and warm water. Wipe spills quickly. Skip vinegar, lemon products, bleach and abrasive pads.

Expect This

Acids can etch the polished face, and scratches may show over time. Veining and tone vary from chip to chip within the V2 range.

Tile & Mosaic Depot supplies material only. Installation method, setting materials, and substrate are your installer's responsibility. Inspect every piece before setting; installation is acceptance, and installed material cannot be returned or claimed.

Can I use this in a shower?

You can use it on indoor walls, including bathroom walls and backsplashes, and on low-traffic indoor floors. For a shower, confirm the exact location with us before ordering. Polished marble can be slick when wet, so we advise against wet-area floors.

How do samples work?

You can order up to 10 samples per order at $7.99 each. Samples ship free and go out within 1-3 business days.

Does this mosaic need sealing?

Sealing keeps the pale marble looking clean. Apply a penetrating impregnating sealer before grouting, then follow the sealer maker's guidance for reapplying.

What should I set it with?

A white polymer-modified thinset keeps gray from showing through the light chips. Unsanded grout is recommended for joints this size, since it protects the polished face from scratching.

What a Sample Shows
Color, texture, finish, and overall character. Because natural stone varies piece to piece, one sample represents the material but can't show the full range of a lot. How Your Order Ships
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Stone, porcelain, and mosaic ship on a pallet via scheduled LTL freight and arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking and the carrier's name by email the day it ships.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

The carrier calls you first. Every freight delivery is by appointment. Expect a call or text to set a window before the truck is dispatched.
Curbside delivery. The driver unloads to the curb or driveway. Freight does not include carrying material indoors or into a garage — plan for a helper or a hand truck.
Someone 18+ must sign. Inspect the pallet before signing. Note any damage, shortage, or broken shrink-wrap on the delivery receipt — this is what makes a claim valid.
Truck access. The address must be accessible to a full-size freight truck with enough space to unload.

Free Shipping
Free curbside freight on qualifying mosaic and molding orders over $1,999 in the continental U.S. Field tile, porcelain, and other product types ship at freight rates shown at checkout. Not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Damage & Shortages
Report within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos of the pallet, packaging, and affected pieces to sales@tileandmosaicdepot.com. Verified claims are covered. Shortages of 1–5 pieces are refunded rather than reshipped — which is why we recommend ordering 10% overage.

30-Day Returns
Uninstalled tile in full, unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight is paid by the customer. Partial boxes, opened boxes, installed material, and samples are final sale.

Natural Variation
Quarried stone varies in color, veining, shade, movement, and finish from piece to piece and from lot to lot. Screen photos and samples show the range, not the exact tile you'll receive. Variation is the nature of the material and is never grounds for return. Porcelain is far more consistent, but shade and pattern can still shift between production runs — buy your full quantity in one order.

Before You Install

Order 10% overage. Covers cuts, breakage, and spares for future repairs. Reorders may not match in tone or lot.
Inspect every piece before setting. Pull from all boxes, blend, and dry-lay the full area. Installation is acceptance — no claims are honored once tile is set.
Hire a qualified installer. Natural stone and large-format porcelain require experience with the material. Your installer is responsible for substrate, setting materials, and method.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a penetrating sealer and re-sealed periodically in wet and high-traffic areas. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — vinegar, bleach, ammonia, and acidic cleaners etch marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx permanently. Porcelain does not require sealing. Outdoor stone weathers and shifts in tone over time; this is expected.
