30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Antico Onyx Travertine must be sealed before grouting and after installation with a penetrating stone sealer. Due to travertine's natural porosity, reseal every 12 months in wet areas such as showers and every 2 years in dry applications. The deep amber tones can be enhanced with a color-enhancing sealer if desired.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — never use vinegar, citrus-based products, bleach, or acidic grout cleaners, as acids will etch and dissolve the calcium-based stone surface. For the tumbled finish, use a soft brush or non-abrasive cloth to clean within the natural surface pitting; avoid high-pressure steam on unsealed stone.

Installation: Use white or ivory unsanded thinset mortar to prevent dark adhesive from telegraphing through lighter chips. For small mosaic joints created by the tumbled format, use unsanded or fine-sanded grout at a joint width appropriate to the natural gap between chips. Align mesh sheets carefully during dry layout before setting; back-butter individual sheets for better adhesion on wall applications. Fill any open travertine voids with grout or matching filler prior to sealing.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
