30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: All natural stone components — particularly the Calacatta Gold marble — should be sealed before grouting and resealed every 12 months in dry applications, or every 6 months in wet areas such as showers. Use a penetrating impregnating sealer suitable for polished marble. The pale warm tones of Calacatta Gold are especially susceptible to staining from oils, coffee, and acidic foods, so thorough sealing is strongly recommended.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in warm water and a soft, non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Avoid all acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus, bleach) and alkaline degreasers, which can etch the polished marble surfaces and dull the Calacatta Gold's finish. Wipe spills immediately, especially oils and acids, to prevent absorption into the stone matrix.

Installation: Install using white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any gray bleed-through behind the pale marble and terrazzo chips. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch. Align mesh sheets carefully, butting edges tightly to maintain consistent chip spacing across seams. Back-butter individual sheets on larger applications to ensure full coverage and bond. Always dry-lay and blend sheets from multiple boxes before setting to distribute natural variation evenly across the installation.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
