White Carrara Marble3 × 12 Honed

A 3×12 honed Carrara plank in soft white and light grey, with fine grey veining and a matte, low-sheen surface.

White Carrara has a soft white to light grey ground with fine grey veining. The honed finish keeps the surface matte and velvety, with little reflected sheen. The 3×12 format reads as a long, narrow subway plank. Lay it stacked, offset or in a herringbone.

Set it vertically on a bath wall to draw the eye upward, or horizontally behind a kitchen counter for quiet rhythm. The pale stone suits brushed nickel, polished chrome and warm oak. Choose white grout for a soft look or dark grout for contrast.

Each tile carries its own veining and tonal shifts, rated V2 for slight variation. Samples are $7.99 each, up to 10 per order. Samples ship free. Care & Cleaning

Seal It

Apply a penetrating stone sealer before grouting. In wet areas, re-seal every 6–12 months. Pale marble shows oils, soap residue and hard water more readily.

Clean It

Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner or warm water with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid vinegar, lemon, bleach and abrasive pads, which can etch or scratch the honed surface.

Expect This

Veining and tone shift from tile to tile. Honed marble can etch and stain, so wipe coffee, wine and citrus spills promptly.

Tile & Mosaic Depot supplies material only. Installation method, setting materials, and substrate are your installer's responsibility. Inspect every piece before setting; installation is acceptance, and installed material cannot be returned or claimed.

Can I use it on shower walls?

Use it on bathroom walls and shower surrounds, sealed before grouting and re-sealed every 6–12 months. We haven't confirmed it for shower floors, so check with your installer before using it there.

How much extra should I order?

How do I order a sample?

Add up to 10 samples to an order at $7.99 each. Samples ship free and go out within 1–3 business days.

What thinset works best?

Choose a white polymer-modified thinset so no grey shows through the pale stone. Back-butter each tile for full, even coverage.

How It Works
Samples are $7.99 each. Samples ship free and leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Sizes vary by material and availability — typically 3"×3" up to 8"×8" — and every sample is cut from the same material stocked for full orders.

What a Sample Shows
Color, texture, finish, and overall character. Because natural stone varies piece to piece, one sample represents the material but can't show the full range of a lot. Porcelain samples are highly representative of the production run. Want to see the current lot before you commit? Ask us — we'll send photos.

How Your Order Ships
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Stone, porcelain, and mosaic ship on a pallet via scheduled LTL freight and arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking and the carrier's name by email the day it ships.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

The carrier calls you first. Every freight delivery is by appointment. Expect a call or text to set a window before the truck is dispatched.
Curbside delivery. The driver unloads to the curb or driveway. Freight does not include carrying material indoors or into a garage — plan for a helper or a hand truck.
Someone 18+ must sign. Inspect the pallet before signing. Note any damage, shortage, or broken shrink-wrap on the delivery receipt — this is what makes a claim valid.
Truck access. The address must be accessible to a full-size freight truck with enough space to unload.

Free Shipping
Free curbside freight on qualifying mosaic and molding orders over $1,999 in the continental U.S. Field tile, porcelain, and other product types ship at freight rates shown at checkout. Not available to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Damage & Shortages
Report within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos of the pallet, packaging, and affected pieces to sales@tileandmosaicdepot.com. Verified claims are covered. Shortages of 1–5 pieces are refunded rather than reshipped — which is why we recommend ordering 10% overage.

30-Day Returns
Uninstalled tile in full, unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight is paid by the customer. Partial boxes, opened boxes, installed material, and samples are final sale.

Natural Variation
Quarried stone varies in color, veining, shade, movement, and finish from piece to piece and from lot to lot. Screen photos and samples show the range, not the exact tile you'll receive. Variation is the nature of the material and is never grounds for return. Porcelain is far more consistent, but shade and pattern can still shift between production runs — buy your full quantity in one order.

Before You Install

Order 10% overage. Covers cuts, breakage, and spares for future repairs. Reorders may not match in tone or lot.
Inspect every piece before setting. Pull from all boxes, blend, and dry-lay the full area. Installation is acceptance — no claims are honored once tile is set.
Hire a qualified installer. Natural stone and large-format porcelain require experience with the material. Your installer is responsible for substrate, setting materials, and method.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a penetrating sealer and re-sealed periodically in wet and high-traffic areas. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — vinegar, bleach, ammonia, and acidic cleaners etch marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx permanently. Porcelain does not require sealing. Outdoor stone weathers and shifts in tone over time; this is expected.
