Elongated white Carrara pieces weave over and under, with a small black marble dot at each intersection, on a polished 12 × 12 sheet.

Soft white marble with grey, feathery veining sets the tone. The polished face reflects light and shows the stone's depth. Black dots at each intersection add a crisp, graphic note without crowding the pattern.

Seal It

Apply a penetrating stone sealer before grouting and again after installation. Light marble stains easily, so keep up with resealing.

Clean It

Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or mop. Avoid vinegar, citrus cleaners, bleach, and abrasive scrubbers, which can etch and dull the polish.

Expect This

Polished marble shows water spots and soap residue. Dry the surface after wet use and wipe spills promptly. Veining and tone vary from piece to piece.

Does this mosaic need sealing?

Seal it with a penetrating stone sealer before grouting and again after installation. Polished white marble marks easily, so regular resealing helps protect it from oils, soaps, and hard water.

How is it installed?

Sheets are mesh-backed, so you set a full 12 × 12 section at once with even joints. A white polymer-modified thinset avoids grey show-through, and unsanded grout suits the small joints. Back-butter sheets on an uneven substrate.

Does this mosaic ship free?

Orders over $1,999 ship free within the continental U.S., since this is a mosaic. Smaller orders ship at rates calculated at checkout. Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and international addresses are excluded.

Color, texture, finish, and overall character. Because natural stone varies piece to piece, one sample represents the material but can't show the full range of a lot. How Your Order Ships
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Stone, porcelain, and mosaic ship on a pallet via scheduled LTL freight and arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking and the carrier's name by email the day it ships.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

The carrier calls you first. Every freight delivery is by appointment. Expect a call or text to set a window before the truck is dispatched.
Curbside delivery. The driver unloads to the curb or driveway. Freight does not include carrying material indoors or into a garage — plan for a helper or a hand truck.
Someone 18+ must sign. Inspect the pallet before signing. Note any damage, shortage, or broken shrink-wrap on the delivery receipt — this is what makes a claim valid.
Truck access. The address must be accessible to a full-size freight truck with enough space to unload.

Damage & Shortages

30-Day Returns
Uninstalled tile in full, unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight is paid by the customer. Partial boxes, opened boxes, installed material, and samples are final sale.

Natural Variation
Quarried stone varies in color, veining, shade, movement, and finish from piece to piece and from lot to lot. Screen photos and samples show the range, not the exact tile you'll receive. Variation is the nature of the material and is never grounds for return. Porcelain is far more consistent, but shade and pattern can still shift between production runs — buy your full quantity in one order.

Before You Install

Order 10% overage. Covers cuts, breakage, and spares for future repairs. Reorders may not match in tone or lot.
Inspect every piece before setting. Pull from all boxes, blend, and dry-lay the full area. Installation is acceptance — no claims are honored once tile is set.
Hire a qualified installer. Natural stone and large-format porcelain require experience with the material. Your installer is responsible for substrate, setting materials, and method.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a penetrating sealer and re-sealed periodically in wet and high-traffic areas. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — vinegar, bleach, ammonia, and acidic cleaners etch marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx permanently. Porcelain does not require sealing. Outdoor stone weathers and shifts in tone over time; this is expected.
