30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Myra Limestone must be sealed with a penetrating, pH-neutral stone sealer prior to installation. In wet areas such as showers or spa floors, reseal every 12 months. For dry interior floors and walls, resealing every 1–2 years is sufficient. Limestone is more porous than marble and benefits from a second coat of sealer on initial application.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in warm water using a soft mop or cloth. Never use acidic cleaners, vinegar, lemon-based products, or bleach — limestone is highly susceptible to acid etching that will dull the honed surface permanently. Wipe up spills, especially citrus juices, wine, and coffee, immediately.

Installation: Use a white polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any gray bleed-through on the pale stone surface. Back-butter each tile in addition to applying thinset to the substrate to ensure full coverage and prevent hollow spots, especially on floor applications. Use a 1/4-inch notched trowel and maintain a minimum 3/16-inch grout joint to accommodate natural stone size variation. Unsanded grout is suitable for joints under 1/8 inch; sanded grout for larger joints.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Processing & Transit
In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Most tile and stone orders ship via scheduled LTL freight and typically arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. You'll receive tracking and carrier details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
  • Signature required. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.
  • Clear access. Please ensure the delivery site is reachable by a freight truck and free of obstructions.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
