The Alco Nature Green 6×6 Deco Pool Tile is a glazed ceramic tile purpose-built for aquatic and wet environments, delivering a deep, saturated green tone that evokes calm water, tropical foliage, and natural stone. Its dense, vitrified glaze is engineered to withstand continuous water immersion, chlorinated and salt-water pool conditions, and outdoor UV exposure without color loss.

Each tile measures 6×6 inches and features a smooth glaze finish that reflects light cleanly and is easy to maintain in pool environments. The deco series format allows for seamless integration as a waterline accent band, a full pool interior surface, or decorative borders on spa walls and feature walls.

Ideal for residential and commercial pool interiors, spa surrounds, outdoor shower walls, and water feature installations, this tile is rated for wet and submerged applications. As a clearance or specialty deco series item, sampling before full purchase is strongly recommended to confirm color match with existing plaster and coping materials.

30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses. Additional charges may apply for remote delivery areas.

Sealing: Glazed ceramic does not require sealing. The factory glaze provides a non-porous, impervious surface resistant to water, chemicals, and staining. No topical sealer is needed or recommended.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner or a mild solution of water and dish soap. Avoid acid-based cleaners, muriatic acid, and abrasive scrubbers which can dull or scratch the glaze surface. For pool environments, periodically remove calcium and mineral deposits with a non-acidic scale remover rated safe for glazed ceramic.

Installation: Use a white or gray polymer-modified thinset mortar appropriate for pool and wet area use. Ensure full back-buttering of each tile to eliminate voids that can cause failure under water pressure. Use non-sanded or sanded grout rated for pool immersion; apply grout sealer to grout joints if required by product specs. Follow ANSI A108 standards for submerged tile installation and allow full cure before filling the pool.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. A screen can't show you how Calacatta veining reads under your kitchen lights or how a porcelain finish sits next to your cabinet color. A sample can. It's the single best way to buy stone or porcelain tile with confidence — and the cheapest mistake you'll ever avoid.

How It Works
Samples are $7.99 each. Samples ship free and leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Sizes vary by material and availability — typically 3"×3" up to 8"×8" — and every sample is cut from the same material stocked for full orders.

What a Sample Shows
Color, texture, finish, and overall character. Because natural stone varies piece to piece, one sample represents the material but can't show the full range of a lot. Porcelain samples are highly representative of the production run. Want to see the current lot before you commit? Ask us — we'll send photos.

How Your Order Ships
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Stone, porcelain, and mosaic ship on a pallet via scheduled LTL freight and arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking and the carrier's name by email the day it ships.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

  • The carrier calls you first. Every freight delivery is by appointment. Expect a call or text to set a window before the truck is dispatched.
  • Curbside delivery. The driver unloads to the curb or driveway. Freight does not include carrying material indoors or into a garage — plan for a helper or a hand truck.
  • Someone 18+ must sign. Inspect the pallet before signing. Note any damage, shortage, or broken shrink-wrap on the delivery receipt — this is what makes a claim valid.
  • Truck access. The address must be accessible to a full-size freight truck with enough space to unload.

Damage & Shortages
Report within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos of the pallet, packaging, and affected pieces to sales@tileandmosaicdepot.com. Verified claims are covered. Shortages of 1–5 pieces are refunded rather than reshipped — which is why we recommend ordering 10% overage.

30-Day Returns
Uninstalled tile in full, unopened boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return freight is paid by the customer. Partial boxes, opened boxes, installed material, and samples are final sale.

Natural Variation
Quarried stone varies in color, veining, shade, movement, and finish from piece to piece and from lot to lot. Screen photos and samples show the range, not the exact tile you'll receive. Variation is the nature of the material and is never grounds for return. Porcelain is far more consistent, but shade and pattern can still shift between production runs — buy your full quantity in one order.

Before You Install

  • Order 10% overage. Covers cuts, breakage, and spares for future repairs. Reorders may not match in tone or lot.
  • Inspect every piece before setting. Pull from all boxes, blend, and dry-lay the full area. Installation is acceptance — no claims are honored once tile is set.
  • Hire a qualified installer. Natural stone and large-format porcelain require experience with the material. Your installer is responsible for substrate, setting materials, and method.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a penetrating sealer and re-sealed periodically in wet and high-traffic areas. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — vinegar, bleach, ammonia, and acidic cleaners etch marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx permanently. Porcelain does not require sealing. Outdoor stone weathers and shifts in tone over time; this is expected.
