Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Large orders ship via LTL freight — curbside delivery only. An adult must be present to sign for delivery. Estimated transit: 2–10 business days after shipment.

30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Low Maintenance: Porcelain is non-porous, so unlike natural stone it never needs sealing. There's no special conditioning or annual resealing — the tile is ready to perform straight out of the box and stays low-maintenance for the life of the installation.

Cleaning: Clean with warm water and a mild pH-neutral floor cleaner. Porcelain tolerates everyday cleaners far better than marble, but avoid harsh abrasives that could scratch the surface over time. For grout, a soft brush and standard grout cleaner keep the lines crisp.

Installation: Set with a high-quality porcelain/large-format thinset and a leveling system to keep the hexagons flush — uneven lippage is the most common issue with geometric tile. Dry-lay a section first to plan the honeycomb layout and your cut lines at the edges. Use unsanded grout for tight joints. Professional installation is recommended for hexagon patterns.

Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
