30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Marble is a porous natural stone, so sealing with a quality penetrating stone sealer before and after installation is essential, and re-sealing periodically in kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic areas. Good sealing protects the bright white background against staining, which pale marble shows readily.

Cleaning: Use a pH-neutral stone cleaner only. Avoid acidic cleaners, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia-based products — these etch marble immediately and dull the polished surface. A polished marble shows etching and water spots more readily than honed, so wipe spills promptly, especially anything acidic, to protect the polished sheen.

Installation: Use white thinset — standard gray thinset can show through the bright white stone and dull its luminous tone. Dry-lay tiles before setting and blend from multiple boxes to balance the vein pattern across the layout for the most pleasing, balanced flow of veining.

Freight Delivery

Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.

Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.
