Sealing: Porcelain tile is non-porous and does not require sealing. However, if a light-colored grout is used with this white tile, apply a quality penetrating grout sealer after installation and reseal annually in wet areas such as showers to prevent staining.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner and a soft mop or microfiber cloth. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus-based products) and abrasive scrubbers that can dull the matte surface over time. Wipe up spills promptly to prevent grout staining.

Installation: Use a white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any gray bleed-through beneath the white tile body. Back-butter each tile for full coverage, especially on floors. Use tile spacers to maintain consistent grout joints and ensure the hexagon pattern stays geometrically true across large fields. Allow thinset to fully cure before grouting.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
