Sealing: Porcelain is virtually non-porous and does not require sealing. The glossy glaze surface is inherently stain-resistant and easy to maintain without any topical sealer treatment.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner and a soft, non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, steel wool, or harsh acidic or alkaline cleaners, which can dull or scratch the glossy glaze over time. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning to prevent soap film buildup on the reflective surface.

Installation: Install with white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey bleed-through on the narrow glossy face. Use non-sanded grout for tight joints adjacent to field tile. Ensure the Jolly (finished) edge faces outward and is flush with the field tile surface. Dry-lay and dry-fit pieces along the run before setting to confirm alignment, and use tile spacers to maintain consistent joint width with neighboring tiles.

Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
