Sealing: Glazed ceramic and porcelain bullnose pieces do not require sealing. The factory glaze provides a fully vitrified, non-porous surface that resists moisture and staining without any additional treatment.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, or abrasive scrubbers — these can dull the high-gloss glaze surface over time. For soap scum in wet areas, a gentle daily spray with a pH-neutral bathroom cleaner keeps the glossy finish bright.

Installation: Use white or light-gray polymer-modified thinset to prevent any dark show-through behind the light glaze. Install with the rounded bullnose edge facing outward as the finished terminus. Use non-sanded grout for grout joints under 1/8 inch. Ensure the adjacent field tile surface is plumb and flat so the bullnose sits flush without lippage.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
