Sealing: Porcelain is non-porous and does not require sealing. Grout joints, however, should be sealed with a penetrating grout sealer after installation and reapplied annually in wet areas such as showers and bathroom floors.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner and a soft microfiber mop or cloth. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus-based), bleach-heavy products, or abrasive scrubbers, which can dull or scratch the polished surface over time. Buff dry after wet cleaning to prevent water spots on the high-gloss finish.

Installation: Use a large-format tile trowel (1/2" x 1/2" square-notch) and back-butter each tile to ensure full coverage and prevent lippage. A leveling clip system is strongly recommended for the 24×48 format to maintain flatness across tiles. Use a white polymer-modified thinset to avoid any dark adhesive telegraphing through the tile body. Maintain a minimum 1/16" grout joint and use a non-sanded or unsanded grout for joints under 1/8".

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
