Sealing: Haisa Light Marble should be sealed with a high-quality penetrating stone sealer prior to installation and resealed every 12–18 months, or more frequently in wet areas such as showers and bathroom floors. Its light, porous surface is particularly susceptible to staining from oils, soaps, and iron-rich water, so consistent sealing is essential.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in warm water and a soft microfiber mop or cloth. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus-based products), bleach, or abrasive scrubbers — the polished finish is prone to etching from acids and will scratch with abrasive materials. Wipe up spills immediately, especially anything acidic like wine, coffee, or citrus juice.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey bleed-through on this light-toned stone. Back-butter each tile in addition to applying thinset to the substrate to ensure full coverage and eliminate lippage on the large 12×24 format. Use a 1/8–3/16 inch grout joint with an unsanded or fine-sanded grout in a cream or ivory tone to complement the stone's warm base. Allow thinset to cure fully before grouting.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
