Sealing: Haisa Light marble is a porous natural stone and should be sealed with a penetrating stone sealer prior to installation and resealed every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers. Its pale, warm tones make it especially susceptible to staining from oils, soap residue, and hard water, so consistent sealing is strongly advised.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner or mild dish soap diluted in warm water; rinse thoroughly and dry after use to prevent water spotting on the polished surface. Avoid acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, and abrasive scrubbers, as these will etch and dull the polished finish of marble.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey bleed-through on this light-colored stone. Ensure the substrate is flat and fully cured before applying the liner; back-butter each piece for maximum adhesion. For grout joints, use a sanded or non-sanded grout in a warm white or matching beige tone, and wipe away all grout haze promptly before it cures on the polished surface.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
