Sealing: Haisa Light marble is a porous natural stone and must be sealed prior to installation and re-sealed annually, or more frequently in exterior or high-humidity environments. Use a high-quality penetrating impregnator sealer formulated for natural stone; the deep crevices of the split-face texture require thorough application — a brush or roller is recommended over a cloth to ensure full coverage into the relief.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted in water; avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus), alkaline degreasers, or abrasive scrubbers that can etch or discolor the marble. For the textured split-face surface, use a soft-bristle brush to dislodge dust and debris from crevices, and rinse thoroughly. Avoid high-pressure washing on interior installations.

Installation: Use a white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey bleed-through on the light-colored stone. Back-butter each piece thoroughly and ensure full contact given the irregular rear profile of split-face panels. Install the interlocking left and right corner pieces first to establish clean corner lines before setting field panels. Allow adequate cure time before grouting; use a sanded grout or grout-free mortar joint finish consistent with the rustic aesthetic. For exterior use, confirm the thinset and grout are rated for freeze-thaw conditions.

Samples are $7.99 each. Samples ship free and leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days. Sizes vary by material and availability — typically 3"×3" up to 8"×8" — and every sample is cut from the same material stocked for full orders.

What a Sample Shows
Color, texture, finish, and overall character. Because natural stone varies piece to piece, one sample represents the material but can't show the full range of a lot. How Your Order Ships
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Stone, porcelain, and mosaic ship on a pallet via scheduled LTL freight and arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking and the carrier's name by email the day it ships.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

The carrier calls you first. Every freight delivery is by appointment. Expect a call or text to set a window before the truck is dispatched.
Curbside delivery. The driver unloads to the curb or driveway. Freight does not include carrying material indoors or into a garage — plan for a helper or a hand truck.
Someone 18+ must sign. Inspect the pallet before signing. Note any damage, shortage, or broken shrink-wrap on the delivery receipt — this is what makes a claim valid.
Truck access. The address must be accessible to a full-size freight truck with enough space to unload.

Natural Variation
Quarried stone varies in color, veining, shade, movement, and finish from piece to piece and from lot to lot. Screen photos and samples show the range, not the exact tile you'll receive. Variation is the nature of the material and is never grounds for return. Porcelain is far more consistent, but shade and pattern can still shift between production runs — buy your full quantity in one order.

Before You Install

Order 10% overage. Covers cuts, breakage, and spares for future repairs. Reorders may not match in tone or lot.
Inspect every piece before setting. Pull from all boxes, blend, and dry-lay the full area. Installation is acceptance — no claims are honored once tile is set.
Hire a qualified installer. Natural stone and large-format porcelain require experience with the material. Your installer is responsible for substrate, setting materials, and method.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a penetrating sealer and re-sealed periodically in wet and high-traffic areas. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — vinegar, bleach, ammonia, and acidic cleaners etch marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx permanently. Porcelain does not require sealing. Outdoor stone weathers and shifts in tone over time; this is expected.
