30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Joya Verde marble must be sealed with a penetrating, water-based stone sealer rated for pool and wet environments before grouting and again after installation. In pool and spa applications, reseal every 1–2 years or as recommended by your sealer manufacturer. The deep green color can be intensified with a color-enhancing sealer if desired.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner diluted per manufacturer instructions — never use acidic cleaners, vinegar, citrus-based products, or abrasive scrubs, as these will etch and dull the polished surface. For pool maintenance, ensure water chemistry (pH 7.2–7.8) is properly balanced; high acidity or chlorine overexposure can damage and discolor natural marble over time.

Installation: Use a white polymer-modified thinset to prevent any gray bleed-through on the translucent green stone. For pool installations, use a pool-rated epoxy grout or pool-approved sanded grout with a tight 1/16-inch joint. Back-butter each sheet in addition to troweling the substrate for full coverage. Align mesh sheets carefully to maintain consistent joint spacing, and trim chips with a wet saw as needed for borders and radius cuts.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Processing & Transit
In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Most tile and stone orders ship via scheduled LTL freight and typically arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. You'll receive tracking and carrier details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
  • Signature required. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
