Sealing: Porcelain is a non-porous material and does not require sealing. Grout joints, however, should be sealed with a penetrating grout sealer upon installation and reapplied annually in wet areas such as showers and around tub surrounds.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner and a soft mop or microfiber cloth. Avoid acidic or alkaline cleaners, bleach-based products, and abrasive scrubbers, which can dull the matte surface over time. The matte finish may show hard water deposits more readily than polished surfaces — wipe dry after wet use in bathrooms.

Installation: Use a large-format tile trowel (3/8" × 1/2" notched) and back-butter each tile to ensure full coverage, especially on floors. A non-sanded or sanded grout in a coordinating dark or medium gray tone is recommended for 1/16"–1/8" grout joints. Stagger joints in a 1/3 or 1/2 offset brick pattern for best visual results. Use a gray or charcoal polymer-modified thinset to avoid white bleed-through at grout joints.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
