Kepirohi Blue Dolomite Marble is a rare and visually arresting natural stone distinguished by its deep oceanic blue-grey ground and flowing white-silver veining — named after the iconic waterfall of Micronesia and capturing the same sense of dramatic, moving water. Its dolomitic composition gives it greater density and hardness than standard calcite marbles, making it a durable and refined choice for premium interior applications.

Presented in a mesh-backed mosaic sheet format, these polished chips deliver a high-gloss, reflective surface that intensifies the stone's cool tonal palette and maximizes the visual drama of the natural veining across a field of tiles. The mesh backing aligns the chips precisely and allows full sheets to be pressed into thinset simultaneously, greatly reducing installation time on large-scale backsplash and shower wall projects.

Kepirohi Blue mosaic is ideally suited for shower walls, spa bath surrounds, kitchen backsplashes, and decorative accent walls where its striking coloration can serve as the focal point of the design; it is not recommended for outdoor use or high-traffic floor applications without a professional slip-resistance assessment. As this is a clearance or specialty import item, ordering a sample before committing to a full quantity is strongly recommended to verify color match in your specific lighting conditions.

Free Shipping: As a mosaic, this product qualifies for free curbside shipping on orders over $1,999 within the continental U.S. Orders below that threshold ship at standard rates calculated at checkout.

Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Large orders ship via LTL freight — curbside delivery only. An adult must be present to sign for delivery. Estimated transit: 2–10 business days after shipment.

30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses. Additional charges may apply for remote delivery areas.

Sealing: Kepirohi Blue Dolomite Marble must be sealed before grouting and resealed every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers and around sinks. Apply a penetrating, pH-neutral stone sealer formulated for dense dolomitic marbles; the polished surface, while less porous than honed finishes, is still susceptible to staining from oils, soaps, and hard water if left unsealed. Pay particular attention to grout joints, which can wick moisture and harbor mildew if not properly protected.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone soap or stone-specific cleaner diluted in warm water — never use acidic cleaners (vinegar, lemon-based products, or grout haze removers containing acid) as these will etch and dull the polished surface of dolomite marble permanently. Wipe up spills promptly, especially acidic substances like citrus juice, wine, or tomato-based products. For the polished finish, avoid abrasive scrubbing pads that can introduce micro-scratches; a soft microfiber cloth is ideal for daily maintenance.

Installation: Use a white polymer-modified thinset adhesive to prevent any grey bleed-through from showing beneath the translucent blue-grey chips; back-butter each sheet lightly in addition to applying thinset to the substrate for maximum bond strength. Align mesh sheets carefully, maintaining consistent grout joint spacing between sheets as well as within them. Use a non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch to prevent scratching the polished stone surface during grouting, and seal the grout within 48–72 hours of application in wet environments.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Order 10% overage for cuts, waste, and future repairs. Tile & Mosaic Depot specialists are available M–F 8:30AM–5PM PST at 855-797-8453.

Product & Installation Guidance

Natural stone is a product of the earth — every piece is one of a kind. A little planning ensures your finished installation looks its best and lasts for decades.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.

Responsibility
Tile & Mosaic Depot is not responsible for improper installation, labor costs, substrate conditions, product misuse, or damage from improper handling, sealing, maintenance, or harsh chemicals. No claims, returns, or replacements can be accepted on installed material.

California Proposition 65: Some natural stone products contain substances known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm. For more information, visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

Order a Sample First

Seeing real stone in your own space — under your own light, beside your own finishes — is the best way to buy with confidence. We make it easy and affordable.

How It Works
Samples are just $7.99 each with free shipping, and they ship in 1–3 business days. Sizes vary by material and availability, typically ranging from 3"×3" up to 8"×8". Exact dimensions aren't guaranteed, but every sample is cut from the same material you'll receive in a full order.

What a Sample Shows
Samples help you evaluate the general color, texture, finish, and overall character of a product before committing to a full order. Because natural stone varies from piece to piece, your sample is representative — it may not capture the complete range of variation across an entire lot. For current lot photos, just ask our team.
