30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Both Thassos White and Mint Green marble must be sealed before grouting and after installation with a premium penetrating stone sealer. In wet areas such as showers, reapply sealer every 6–12 months. Thassos White's ultra-white surface is especially prone to staining and discoloration if left unsealed, so do not skip this step.

Cleaning: Use only pH-neutral stone cleaners — never vinegar, bleach, citrus-based sprays, or abrasive scrubbers, which will etch the polished surface and dull the finish permanently. Wipe spills immediately, especially on the Thassos White chips, as the bright surface will show staining more readily than darker stones. For daily maintenance, warm water and a soft microfiber cloth are sufficient.

Installation: Always use white polymer-modified thinset mortar — grey thinset can bleed through and discolor both the Thassos White and Mint Green chips. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch. Press each sheet firmly and evenly to ensure full back coverage, using a grout float or rubber mallet with a beating block. Align mesh sheets carefully before the thinset sets, and check for consistent joint spacing at sheet seams.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
