(No inside home delivery) ​ ** Excludes Hawaii & Alaska CANCELLATIONS Our suppliers are going through a long process to prepare your order: picking the material, preparing the order, packing the boxes, creating labels, etc. We offer free-of-charge cancellation within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. If you decide to cancel the order after 24 hours since order placement, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the order amount. There will be no cancellations after the shipment leaves the warehouse. ​ RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after product delivery. At our sole discretion, after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the terms and conditions noted below are followed: Items must be in "new, unaltered, and unused condition." Products and packaging show no signs of wear or damage—boxes in their original shape. Return requests must be placed within 30 calendar days of delivery (after 30 days, no returns are allowed). Original sales receipt and an RMA (returns material authorization form) must accompany all returns. All returns will be accepted with an RMA. To obtain an RMA number, contact us at sales@tileandmosaicdepot.com. It must not be a particular order or a custom order. Refunds are contingent upon item(s) inspection once we receive it. Items returned to us after 30 days without contacting us with a return request will NOT be refunded. There is a 25 % restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged or damaged. Again, you must contact us with a Return Request within seven days to return any item to our store. We DO NOT accept any partial returns at all. Only full returns will be accepted after other conditions are approved. It should be in its original packed condition. Please note that the Shipping Cost is not refundable. If the seller is not at fault, the customer is responsible for return Shipping Costs. If a product is received damaged or missing, please get in touch with us immediately. Customers must inspect all received products for damage within three days of delivery. 2-3% broken pieces are are acceptable. For more than 3%, you must provide photos and proof of broken pieces. The claim made after three days of delivery is unacceptable, such as we received it but did not open it, installation still needs to start, etc. No claims will be accepted after the product is installed.

We offer free samples to your customers. Choose the Red BUTTON that says "ADD SAMPLE TO CART." The sizes of samples vary, usually 3x3,4x4 or 6x6. Disclaimer: Samples are not intended for installation and are strictly for color and texture reference. Due to monitor settings, digital photography, and printer calibrations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen matches the product's color. There are absolutely NO RETURNS on sample items ordered under no circumstances.

There is no guarantee that the sample product or images will 100% match the product received. Images and product samples are representative of a product’s potential characteristics. Natural stone tiles/slabs and corresponding trim may not match. We reserve the right to change product specifications at any time without notice. Natural stone is a product of nature and is subject to variations in color, shade, grain, sizing, veining, movement, pitting, surface texture, and finish. No two stone tiles/slabs are precisely the same. Before installation, the installer must blend stone tiles from several boxes to achieve an even distribution of color range. The consumers are responsible for inspecting the product before installation to ensure satisfaction with all characteristics. Once installed, the product is yours, and you can not claim any discount, refund, or return. The consumer is responsible for ensuring proper installation, application, and use. Aerosol catalyst adhesives should not be used for stone installations as they may cause discoloration. Due to porosity, all natural stone products must be sealed before installation. Regular care and maintenance are required for natural stone products. Do not use vinegar or cleaners containing acids or strong alkalis on natural stone. Natural stone products installed in uncovered outdoor installations may experience modifications to the color and finish due to UV and water exposure. Natural stone products are not warranted.
