Engineered with a pool-rated, slip-resistant surface and a dense vitrified body with near-zero water absorption, these tiles are built to withstand continuous submersion, chlorinated water, UV exposure, and freeze-thaw cycles without fading or compromising structural integrity. The 6×6 format installs in a classic straight-set pattern, creating a clean, expansive visual surface that works as a full in-pool field tile or as a refined waterline accent band.

Sealing: Porcelain pool tile is naturally non-porous and does not require sealing under normal circumstances. If grout joints are used, seal the grout lines with a waterproof, pool-compatible grout sealer annually or as recommended by your pool professional to prevent algae infiltration and staining.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral, chlorine-safe tile cleaner and a soft brush or non-abrasive pad. Avoid acidic cleaners, muriatic acid direct contact with tile faces, and abrasive scrubbers that can dull the surface. For waterline calcium or mineral deposits, use a product specifically formulated for pool tile scale removal at the manufacturer-recommended dilution.

Installation: Use a pool-grade, white polymer-modified thinset mortar rated for submerged applications; white thinset is recommended to preserve the tile's lighter tonal palette. Apply with a notched trowel and back-butter each tile for full coverage — critical in submerged settings to prevent voids and water infiltration behind tiles. Use pool-safe, non-sanded epoxy grout or polymer grout rated for wet/submerged environments, and allow full cure time before filling the pool.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Most tile and stone orders ship via scheduled LTL freight and typically arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. You'll receive tracking and carrier details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
  • Signature required. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.
  • Clear access. Please ensure the delivery site is reachable by a freight truck and free of obstructions.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
