30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Porcelain is non-porous and does not require sealing. The grout joints, however, should be sealed with a penetrating grout sealer upon installation and resealed annually in wet areas such as showers and shower pans.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner and a soft mop or cloth. Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh scrubbing pads, which can dull the matte surface texture over time. For grout line maintenance, a soft-bristle brush with a pH-neutral solution works well.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset to prevent any gray show-through between the hex chips. Non-sanded grout is recommended for joints under 1/8 inch. Align mesh sheets carefully during layout, offsetting sheet seams so the hex pattern flows continuously across joints. Back-butter individual sheets for improved adhesion on floor applications.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
