Processing & Delivery: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Large orders ship via LTL freight — curbside delivery only. An adult must be present to sign for delivery. Estimated transit: 2–10 business days after shipment.

30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Palissandro marble is moderately porous and must be sealed before grouting and regularly thereafter. Apply a penetrating impregnating sealer prior to installation and reseal every 6–12 months in wet areas such as showers; the polished surface can make sealer application quick, but do not allow sealer to pool and haze on the face of the tiles.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone soap or mild dish soap diluted in warm water — never use vinegar, lemon juice, bleach, or any acidic or alkaline cleaner, as these will etch and permanently dull the polished surface. Wipe spills immediately, especially coffee, wine, and citrus, which etch polished marble within minutes; dry the surface after cleaning to prevent water spotting.

Installation: Use white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any gray adhesive from telegraphing through the lighter chips. Apply thinset to both the substrate and back-butter each sheet for full coverage. Use non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch, and align sheet edges carefully before pressing to maintain the continuous parquet rhythm. Allow full cure before exposing to water.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
