30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or international addresses. Additional charges may apply for remote delivery areas.

Sealing: Glazed ceramic pool tiles do not require sealing as the glaze itself acts as a non-porous barrier. However, grout joints in pool environments should be sealed with a pool-rated epoxy grout or a penetrating grout sealer rated for permanent immersion. Inspect and reseal grout lines annually or as needed.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner or diluted pool tile cleaning solution. Avoid muriatic acid at full strength — if acid washing is necessary during pool maintenance, dilute appropriately and rinse thoroughly. Do not use abrasive scrubbers that can scratch the glaze surface. For calcium or mineral deposits at the waterline, use a non-abrasive calcium remover formulated for pool tiles.

Installation: Install using a pool-rated, waterproof polymer-modified white or gray thinset mortar appropriate for permanent wet and submerged applications. Use epoxy grout or a pool-rated sanded grout for joints — standard grout is not recommended for pool interiors. Back-butter each tile for full coverage and eliminate voids that could allow water infiltration behind the tile. Allow full cure time before filling the pool.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Processing & Transit
In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Most tile and stone orders ship via scheduled LTL freight and typically arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. You'll receive tracking and carrier details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
  • Signature required. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.
  • Clear access. Please ensure the delivery site is reachable by a freight truck and free of obstructions.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
