30-Day Returns: Uninstalled tile may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Inspect all tile carefully before installation — installed tile cannot be returned or exchanged. Samples are final sale.

Sealing: Nero Marquina marble, despite its dark color, is porous and must be sealed before grouting and regularly thereafter. Apply a penetrating stone sealer at installation and reseal every 12 months in dry areas, every 6 months in wet areas such as showers. Although dark stones show fewer water stains visually, unsealed marble remains vulnerable to oil and soap penetration.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Never use vinegar, bleach, ammonia-based cleaners, or acidic bathroom sprays — these will etch and dull the polished surface. The high-gloss finish shows water spots and soap residue easily; wipe dry after each use in wet areas to maintain the mirror-like sheen.

Installation: Use a white or light-gray polymer-modified thinset mortar to avoid any bleed-through that could discolor the white veining in the marble chips. Use non-sanded grout for the fine joints between dot chips, and apply grout release or a temporary sealer before grouting to protect the polished surface. Align mesh sheets carefully during installation, and use a grout float at a low angle to avoid scratching the polished finish.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. How Your Order Ships
In-stock orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days. Stone, porcelain, and mosaic ship on a pallet via scheduled LTL freight and arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. You'll get tracking and the carrier's name by email the day it ships.

Freight Delivery — What to Expect

The carrier calls you first. Every freight delivery is by appointment. Expect a call or text to set a window before the truck is dispatched.
Curbside delivery. The driver unloads to the curb or driveway. Freight does not include carrying material indoors or into a garage — plan for a helper or a hand truck.
Someone 18+ must sign. Inspect the pallet before signing. Note any damage, shortage, or broken shrink-wrap on the delivery receipt — this is what makes a claim valid.
Truck access. The address must be accessible to a full-size freight truck with enough space to unload.

Natural Variation
Quarried stone varies in color, veining, shade, movement, and finish from piece to piece and from lot to lot. Screen photos and samples show the range, not the exact tile you'll receive. Variation is the nature of the material and is never grounds for return. Porcelain is far more consistent, but shade and pattern can still shift between production runs — buy your full quantity in one order.

Before You Install

Order 10% overage. Covers cuts, breakage, and spares for future repairs. Reorders may not match in tone or lot.
Inspect every piece before setting. Pull from all boxes, blend, and dry-lay the full area. Installation is acceptance — no claims are honored once tile is set.
Hire a qualified installer. Natural stone and large-format porcelain require experience with the material. Your installer is responsible for substrate, setting materials, and method.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a penetrating sealer and re-sealed periodically in wet and high-traffic areas. Clean with a pH-neutral stone cleaner only — vinegar, bleach, ammonia, and acidic cleaners etch marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx permanently. Porcelain does not require sealing. Outdoor stone weathers and shifts in tone over time; this is expected.
