Sealing: Porcelain is virtually non-porous and does not require sealing. However, if a sanded or natural grout is used in the joints, sealing the grout lines annually — or every six months in wet shower applications — is strongly recommended to prevent staining and moisture infiltration.

Cleaning: Clean regularly with a pH-neutral tile cleaner and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Avoid acidic cleaners (vinegar, citrus-based products) and harsh alkaline degreasers, which can degrade grout over time. The matte-satin finish is forgiving of water spots but benefits from a dry wipe-down after each shower use.

Installation: Use a white polymer-modified thinset mortar to prevent any grey bleed-through beneath the lighter chips. Apply non-sanded grout for joints under 1/8 inch to achieve clean, crack-free lines between the small rounds. Align mesh sheets carefully on a flat substrate, back-buttering each sheet for full adhesion coverage on floor applications. Allow full thinset cure before grouting.

Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
