Sealing: Porcelain pool tile does not require sealing. The vitreous, fully glazed body is inherently impervious to water, chlorine, and salt. No sealer application is needed before or after installation.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral tile cleaner or a diluted pool-safe cleaner. Avoid acid-based cleaners, muriatic acid washes near the tile face, and abrasive pads that can dull the glaze surface. For calcium and mineral deposits common in pool environments, use a non-acidic calcium remover specifically formulated for glazed pool tile.

Installation: Use a white, polymer-modified pool-rated thinset mortar (ANSI A118.4 or better) to prevent discoloration through the glaze. Back-butter each tile in addition to combing the substrate for full coverage — critical in submerged applications. Use a sanded, pool-rated grout with proper waterproofing additives, and ensure all joints are fully packed to prevent water infiltration. Allow full cure time before filling the pool.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Most tile and stone orders ship via scheduled LTL freight and typically arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. You'll receive tracking and carrier details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
  • Signature required. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.
  • Clear access. Please ensure the delivery site is reachable by a freight truck and free of obstructions.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
