Sealing: As a glazed porcelain tile, Sora Space Blue does not require sealing. The vitrified glaze is non-porous and impervious to water infiltration. Grout joints in pool environments should be sealed with a pool-grade, waterproof epoxy grout or a penetrating grout sealer rated for submerged applications; inspect and reseal grout annually or as needed.

Cleaning: Clean with a pH-neutral, non-abrasive tile cleaner safe for pools and glazed surfaces. Avoid acid-based cleaners, muriatic acid (except for professional pool start-up under controlled conditions), and abrasive scrubbing pads that may scratch the glaze. For algae or mineral deposits, use a pool-tile-specific calcium and scale remover following the manufacturer's dilution instructions.

Installation: Use a white or grey polymer-modified thinset rated for submerged and wet-area applications; back-butter each tile for full coverage, especially in pool basins. Set tiles with 1/16–1/8 inch joints and fill with a pool-grade epoxy grout for maximum water resistance. Ensure the substrate is fully waterproofed with a pool-rated membrane before tiling, and allow the thinset to cure fully before filling the pool with water.

Important: Inspect all tile before installation. Variations in color, veining, and texture between pieces are natural characteristics of genuine stone — not defects. Processing & Transit
In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Most tile and stone orders ship via scheduled LTL freight and typically arrive 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination. You'll receive tracking and carrier details by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Freight Delivery

  • Curbside delivery. The carrier unloads at the curb or driveway nearest your address; delivery does not include moving materials indoors or into a garage.
  • Scheduled appointment. The freight company contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
  • Signature required. An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment.
  • Clear access. Please ensure the delivery site is reachable by a freight truck and free of obstructions.

Natural Variation
Color, veining, texture, shade, movement, finish, and sizing vary from piece to piece. Product photos and samples are a general reference and may not match the exact material you receive. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural stone — they are part of its beauty, not defects.

Before You Install

  • Order roughly 10% extra to allow for cuts, waste, and future repairs.
  • Blend tiles from multiple boxes as you work to achieve the most natural, balanced appearance.
  • Dry-lay and inspect the full layout before setting a single tile.
  • Installation constitutes full acceptance of the product, so review everything carefully first.

Sealing & Care
Natural stone should be sealed with a quality penetrating sealer before and after installation, and re-sealed periodically in wet or high-traffic areas. Clean only with a pH-neutral stone cleaner; avoid acidic products, bleach, vinegar, and ammonia, which can permanently etch the surface. Outdoor installations may weather or change tone over time with exposure.
